Caul Info

For Carole (and anyone else who is interested - yes, the caul I refer to is a hat, well more of a cap. Yes, the piece I am working on is quite large, but once its gathered into the band, it won't be that huge. It sits at the back of the head, sort of like a giant bun cover. Other more formal hats were often worn over it or it was the casual at home ware. I will continure to post progress reports and the finished product when its done.
