Moonglow Block

I forgot to take a photo of the wedge with the outside corner put on, as I was more focused on getting the block completed! I just have to put the outside border on the block and it will be done. This is the last of the compass wheels for the quilt. Now I just have to do the alternate blocks. I'm so out of practice using black fabric. The white fabric is so much easier on the eyes!!
It was a bit mishappen due to the number of small pieces, which were all cut on the bias. These were then sewn into the corner sections which don't have any horizontal stretch at all. But lots of steam and muscle got most of it under control. Once it's sewn to the other pieces and quilted, it won't be a problem.
